Sabrina Donalies-Schell, MHC
Sabrina is a member of the Rotary Club as well as Toastmasters International and can be booked as a speaker. Her personal experience as a cancer survivor and professional coaching background make it possible for her to deliver psycho-educational knowledge in an empathic and relatable way.
Sabrina received her undergraduate degree in Health Management from a university in Germany, where she was born and raised. She then earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the City University of New York. Sabrina is also a certified Medical Technician as well as a certified Wellness & Life Coach and Reiki Master, trained and attuned at a monastery in Nepal.
Trained in equine assisted learning and therapy, and affiliated with multiple animal rescue non-profits, Sabrina is able to offer Equine Assisted Counseling sessions as an additional resource for her clients. The focus areas of her professional experience are holistic health, building resilience, alternative healing approaches, and nature-based learning. She has over a decade of experience working with families, helping them to improve their interactions and providing them with experiential learning opportunities for increased wellness.
